Studies show that employees who have fun at work suffer less stress. Humor helps them face problems more positively and better manage crisis situations, which in turn reduces sick leave and absenteeism from work. For all this and more, at Suma TD we have celebrated the International Day of Fun at Work . Also known in the English-speaking world as “Fun at Work Day” , on April International Day of Fun at Work 1 a creative committee organized a gymkhana with different tests that had to be passed by the members of our agency. In this way we create a fun time in the office, in order to break the routine and turn Monday into a small day of team building .
7 tests of our day FunAtWorkDay
First, the employees took papers from a basket to organize themselves into four groups of four people. Next, we made them go to the meeting room to sit in the corresponding corner of their team. Once seated, we started with the tests. A total of 7 tests Country Email List were created: Test 1: “Is 20 seconds enough to draw a goat?” From the beginning we tested the creative and fine motor skills of our colleagues. Test 2: “Proper nouns beginning with the letter Z” . The last letter of the alphabet put several of the members of Suma Thinking Digital in a lot of trouble.

Test 3: “Bring out the writer inside you!” . We gave two minutes for each team to write two rhymes in which the word “Sum” appeared. During this dynamic we have discovered the next Antonio Machado and Maria Mercè Marçal! Test 4: “What brand is behind the ad?” The participants watched 10 seconds of various advertisements and had to guess which AFB Directory brand or company was the author of said advertisement. Test 5: “Guess the brand” Do you have a good visual memory? After this test, we can say that Suma TD workers do have it. With only a part of the logo they had to guess the name of the brand.
